My passion is to get people moving, to inspire them to embark on an adventure deeper within themselves and to release what might get in the way of expressing themselves fully (self-expression). My desire is to provide the space to fully express yourself in all your authenticity, to be able to heal, transform and go into deep relaxation. I have about 15 years of experience working with bodies and I have learnt several different techniques over the years that all contribute to releasing what is 'stuck' in the body, bringing the body into deep relaxation, supporting people where needed and being more conscious in life.

My interest in tantra or sexuality started around 1994 when I read the book 'the art of sexual magic' by Margot Anan and immediately started experimenting with the various exercises offered. Via detours ranging from a basic training in Chinese medicine (Breda), a Master's degree in psychology, vipassana meditation, various training courses in coaching, massage techniques and many other transformational paths that I ended up with skydancing tantra (Margot Anan is the inspirer of this). I followed a one-year cycle and assisted my teacher the next year. Everything accelerated for me after I got in touch with Somananda for an intense tantra massage therapist training in Estonia.  Here I learned especially to deepen my energetic work, set intentions, increase concentration and trust. Since then, I have been creating a down-to-earth, intuitive and humorous spiritual path for myself and others combining Western and Eastern philosophies & techniques.
